O-hi-O

Today began our first real day of vacation. We were able to sleep in and figure out where we will be sleeping the next four nights as we make our way out to Boston.

We received rave reviews of Tommy's in Cleveland Heights and had to check the out restaurant. It serve great vegetarian food and amazing milkshakes. For Minnie, Tommy's uses 100% non-hydrogenated canola oil to cook french fries and vegetarian fares. Tommy, the owner, was nice enough to show us where he discards the waste vegetable oil and we experienced our first oil dumpster diving. We collected about 16 gallons of fuel (8 in the tank and 8 extra gallons for the road). It was a little messier, more fun and cheaper than going to a gas station.

We also found the Westside Market, which is one of the largest indoor markets in the country, where we proceeded to buy fresh produce from almost every stand for dinner. Our dinner tonight will consist of mussel and vegetable linguini with steamed asparagus and spinach salad and the great company of Drs. JB and TF.
